Tencent sues “Lao Ganma”! Was Tencent deceived?

In the past two days, there has been a relatively magical hotspots search in China that Tencent brought Laoganma to court. The reason is that Laoganma placed 10 million yuan in advertising on Tencent, but it ignored the contract for a long period of arrears and did not pay, and Laoganma owed Tencent 10 million in advertising costs. Therefore Tencent requested the People’s Court of Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province to freeze and and seal seal the property that is worth RMB 16,240,600 of the defendant,Laoganma Company,which is the amount of arrears payable by the defendant.

On June 30, Domatters learned from the China Judgment Documents Network that the Shenzhen Nanshan People’s Court issued a civil ruling that agreed to the plaintiff’s request to seal and freeze the property worth RMB 16.24600 million of the defendant Laoganma Company.

If the matter is just over, it is not magical enough! Soon after the news posting on social media that Tencent prosecuted Laoganma, Sina Technology company also sent a message, “Tencent was cheated.”

Soon, the statement from Laoganma came out on the evening of June 30, denying the matter. In the statement, Laoganma Company stated that it had never conducted any commercial cooperation with Tencent and it had reported the case to the Chinese public security organ.

“It never authorized others to sign the “Joint Marketing Cooperation Agreement” with Tencent on the “Laoganma” brand. It has never conducted any commercial cooperation with Tencent.”

And at noon on July 1, the Guiyang police issued a notice that three people forged the seal of Laoganma Company. The suspect is currently in criminal detention.

The world is changing too fast. In this dispute, both sides hold their own words. “One side is a big game player, and one side is an artifact of cooking.” Many netizens said that aren’t they happy while playing games and eating Laoganma.
